Rolling paper sizes is a misnomer; the sizes vary perceptibly from manufacturer to manufacturer. However, for the relative amateur, it can be harrowing to decide which sizes to buy, especially since it's rare to have been acquainted with all from the beginning of their journey itself.

Here, we'll be elucidating the different sizes of rolling papers that are generally available in the market (and, of course, on our website).

Thus, with a heavy dose of generalizing, the available paper sizes are:

Single Wide - The single wide rolling paper, though varying from brand to brand, is generally around 70mm in length and 34-36mm in width(2.75 x 1.4 inches). This size, being considered fairly popular with the roll your own community, will have you needing a 70mm cigarette roller if you use them.

1 1/4 - Being able to hold approximately 25% more tobacco than the Single Wide (hence, giving it its name), the 1 1/4 rolling paper is 76-78mm in length and 45-48mm in width (3.1 x 1.8 inches). Again, with all sizes, these will also vary slightly with the brand. This size is considered amongst the most popular ones, often called the "French Size" or "Spanish". For the more distinguished, you'll need a 79mm cigarette roller.

1 1/2 - As the name implies, it can hold approximately 50% more tobacco than the Single Wide. The 1 1/2 is 76-78mm long and 60-62mm wide (3.1 x 2.4 inches). Having the same length as a 1 1/4 rolling paper, it will roll a bigger diameter cigarette due to the width. Not quite as popular as the other sizes, they are still widely available. You'll need a 79mm cigarette roller for this particular size.

Double Wide - Good guess! The double wide can hold around twice the tobacco a single wide can. These are around 76-78mm long and 63-88mm wide (3.1 x 2.5-3.5 inches). This particular size of paper can vary greatly from brand to brand and is rarely used by smokers. Being one of the hardest sizes to find, these will roll cigarettes of colossal diameters. A 79 mm roller would suffice for this size.

King Size - A King Size rolling paper is one of the biggest standard rolling paper sizes in the market, with a high level of consistency across brands. These are 100-105mm long and 55-60mm wide (4 x 2 inches). There is a fair deal of confusion regarding the name 'King size': because a king size cigarette is usually 84mm long, while the rolling paper size is around 100-105mm long. They're popular, easy to find, and available across a wide range of brands. A 110mm cigarette roller would be needed to roll these papers.

King Size Slim - King Size Slim Papers, one of the more liked ones, are 110mm in length and around 42-45mm in width. With their popularity matching that of King size, the lesser amount of paper requires a slightly more seasoned roller, but gives a slow burn, giving a better smoke. They're available across most of the regularly available brands. A 110mm cigarette roller could be used for these papers.

Supernatural - The boss, the emperor, the alpha and the omega when it comes to rolling paper; these babies are colossal. Ranging around 300mm in length and under 50mm wide (Yes, that's 12 inches long), you can be sure that the men would be emasculated and the ladies would blush on checking this mammoth out.

It takes some practice and a great deal of experimentation to decide which size suits you the best, but even if you chance upon that perfect combination, never stop trying new things. With dozens of sizes, flavors (Yeah, there are rolling paper flavors), textures (rice, hemp, and transparent) and types (Try out some Cigar rolling paper, they're called blunts), you can be sure that you won't be running out of stuff to try anytime soon.

And whenever you'll be looking for something new to try, we'll be here to help you out.

Cheers!
